Refund Policy

No Refunds

All fees paid for SceneForge subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business) are non-refundable. This applies to both monthly and annual plans.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal in the app. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for future billing cycles.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time remaining in your billing period.
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan after your paid period ends.

Unused Generations

Monthly generation limits reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. Unused generations do not carry over or accumulate. There are no refunds or credits for unused generations.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. To restore your paid plan, you must resubscribe. No refund is issued for the period in which the payment failed.

Billing Errors

If you believe you were charged in error or notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us at hello@sceneforge.studio within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund.

EU/UK Consumers

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by using SceneForge after subscribing, you expressly request that the digital service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided.

If you subscribe and do not use the service within 14 days, you may request a refund by contacting hello@sceneforge.studio.
