Fees for monthly SceneForge subscriptions (Starter, Pro, Business), including their image and video allowances, are non-refundable except as required by law. Separate purchased video packs follow the policy below.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Billing portal in the app. Upon cancellation:
Unused monthly image and video allowances expire at the end of their paid billing period without rollover. They have no separate cash value. Purchased video credits do not expire; trial and bonus credits follow their own terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If a payment fails, your account is automatically downgraded to the Free plan. To restore your paid plan, you must resubscribe. No refund is issued for the period in which the payment failed.
If you believe you were charged in error or notice an unauthorized charge, please contact us at hello@sceneforge.studio within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction or refund.
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. However, by using SceneForge after subscribing, you expressly request that the digital service begins immediately and acknowledge that you lose your withdrawal right once the service has been fully provided.
If you subscribe and do not use the service within 14 days, you may request a refund by contacting hello@sceneforge.studio.
For billing questions or disputes, contact us at hello@sceneforge.studio.
Unused purchased video packs may be requested for a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting support. Consumed credits are not refundable for creative preference alone. Included, trial and bonus credits have no separate cash value and follow their stated expiry rules. Technical generation failures return credits automatically; replacement credits may have a displayed expiry when the original grant has expired. Approved partial pack refunds remove the corresponding purchased credits; refunds or disputes may temporarily reduce the available balance. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
