By accessing or using SceneForge (“the Service”), operated at sceneforge.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SceneForge is an AI-powered product scene generation tool. You upload product images, provide text prompts, and our Service uses Google’s Gemini AI model (Nano Banana 2) on Vertex AI to generate photorealistic scene images. The Service includes iterative refinement, session history, and an AI Prompt Builder.
Accounts are created and managed through Clerk (our authentication provider). You may sign in with email verification or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. This includes monthly and annual subscription fees.
You retain full ownership of all images you upload to SceneForge. We do not claim any rights to your uploaded content. Uploaded images are processed solely to generate your requested output and are not used for any other purpose.
You own the images generated by SceneForge to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. You may use generated images for any personal or commercial purpose, including product listings, marketing materials, social media, and print advertising. This applies to all plan tiers, including free.
We do not guarantee that generated images are unique. Other users providing similar inputs may receive similar outputs.

The SceneForge brand, logo, website design, user interface, and underlying code are the intellectual property of SceneForge. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our written permission.
If you believe content generated through SceneForge infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent:

Your notice must include: (1) identification of the copyrighted work, (2) identification of the infringing content, (3) your contact information, (4) a statement of good faith belief, and (5) a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCENEFORGE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
IN NO EVENT SHALL SCENEFORGE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SceneForge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your uploaded content or generated output, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited uses, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your account data, uploaded content, and generated images.
You may cancel your account and subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the seat of arbitration shall be Wilmington, Delaware.
Class Action Waiver: You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of SceneForge after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
