By accessing or using SceneForge (“the Service”), operated at sceneforge.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
SceneForge creates AI-generated product images and short videos using Google Cloud models. Upload product references to create and refine scene images, then animate an approved image into a five- or ten-second video. The Service includes saved work and an AI Prompt Builder.
Accounts are created and managed through Clerk (our authentication provider). You may sign in with email verification or Google Sign-In. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account. One account per person — creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits is prohibited.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. The video-pack refund policy below applies to separate video purchases.
You retain full ownership of all images you upload to SceneForge. We do not claim any rights to your uploaded content. Uploaded images are processed solely to generate your requested output and are not used for any other purpose.
You own the images generated by SceneForge to the fullest extent possible under applicable law. You may use generated images for any personal or commercial purpose, including product listings, marketing materials, social media, and print advertising. This applies to all plan tiers, including free.
We do not guarantee that generated images are unique. Other users providing similar inputs may receive similar outputs.

Starter, Pro and Business include 3, 10 and 30 video credits per paid monthly billing period respectively, separate from their image allowances. One video credit covers a five-second generation; two cover ten seconds, at 720p. Monthly video credits expire at their paid period boundary without rollover. Eligible verified accounts receive three free five-second generations once; signing out, changing plans or resubscribing does not renew the trial. Purchased US$29 packs contain 10 non-expiring video credits and are one-time purchases. Where advertised during the launch window, eligible paying Business accounts receive a separate 20-credit bonus once, expiring 30 days after its grant. Complimentary accounts are not eligible for a paid-customer bonus. Credits are reserved on submission and consumed when a completed video is saved. Technical failures return the reserved allocation; if it has expired in the meantime, replacement credits have a separately displayed expiry. Each new creative version uses credits. AI output can vary in product details, motion and audio; review it before publication. You must have rights to uploaded images and their use. Direct 3D uploads and video editing are not included.
