How it works

Make your first product video

  1. Choose an opening image

Upload a finished product image, or send a generated SceneForge image to video. Choose landscape or portrait, decide whether to keep the whole image or fill the frame, and approve the framing before continuing.

  2. Set the motion

Start with a motion preset or write your own direction. Choose 5 or 10 seconds. A simple camera move can be a useful first test before trying more complex product motion.

  3. Review the finished clip

Keep working while the video generates. Open your history to play saved results, check product details and audio, then download the MP4. Each new creative version uses credits.

A new angle on a product post

Try a gentle push, a sideways camera move or a controlled product movement starting from an image you have already reviewed.

Vertical or landscape

Choose 9:16 or 16:9 framing for different placements. Preview any cropping or added borders before generating. A square playback preview does not change the downloaded file.

A single image-to-video workflow

Generate a lifestyle image in SceneForge, approve it, then animate it without finding a separate starting frame. You can also upload an image made elsewhere.

Need extra video? A $29 one-time pack adds 10 non-expiring video credits to any account. One credit makes a 5-second clip; two make 10 seconds. Trial credits make 5-second clips only.

Image and video allowances are separate. Monthly allowances renew after successful payment, expire at the paid period boundary and do not roll over. Each new creative generation uses its corresponding allowance. Any launch bonus is separate from recurring monthly credits.

Product video questions

How does the free video trial work?

Eligible accounts with a verified primary email receive 3 free 5-second video generations once. The trial does not renew monthly. No subscription or video pack is needed to use those trial credits.

What do video credits cover?

One credit covers a 5-second generation; two cover 10 seconds. Videos are 720p. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid billing period; purchased top-up credits do not expire. Free trial credits can only make 5-second videos.

Do I need a subscription?

No. Start with the free trial, or buy a $29 pack of 10 non-expiring video credits. Starter, Pro and Business subscriptions include separate monthly image and video allowances.

What happens if generation fails?

Credits are reserved when you submit and consumed when a completed video is saved. Technical failures return the reserved allocation. If the original allocation has expired, any replacement has its own displayed expiry. A completed result that needs a different creative direction requires a new generation.

Can it make an exact 360-degree product render?

A generated video is not a verified 3D render. Product geometry, motion and audio can vary, especially during complex movement. Review the whole clip before publishing. Direct 3D uploads and in-app video editing are not available.
